New from Rev Kites the next generation of carbon rods. Race Rods are designed to fit into the Revolution 1.5 SLE kite. and the Barresi series.

They are made of a special type of Carbon that is lighter and stronger than that currently being used in the standard production rods. The raw material cost of this new product is quite a bit more than the standard rods, but give's that added advantage for the more advanced Rev flyer

Race Rods have all the strength of the 3 Wrap (Ultra Light) rods but only weight as much as the 2 wrap (Professional Use) rods.

This is great for flyers who are looking for the ultimate in light wind flying, they will also handle sudden gusts well Race Rods will make your 1.5 SLE or Barresi series lighter for those light wind days but still work fine for flying in the stronger winds.

As used by Team I-Quad in all of their team kites.
