These are ground devices that do the same job as Fugus (they are especially for children) but develop less pull and are more robust while retaining equal visual impact. Peter Lynn Fugu (Blowfish)
Built from many ripstop nylon panels. This is a Bernoulli device, not a kite, not a windsock. When tethered the Fugu will rhythmically bounce - rising into the air then descending to touch the ground before repeating the cycle. Especially aimed at entertaining children. With suitable supervision it is safe for older children to play underneath the Fugu as it bounces and even for children to be allowed in through the mouth to play inside, (while the Fugu is held on the ground of course!). Now with complete `thru bridles to assist safe strong wind deflation.
